Using this site

You're welcome to browse this site, read what's here, and get in touch. In return, we ask that you don't use the site in a way that's unlawful, that interferes with how it works, or that attempts to gain access to systems you're not meant to access.

Our content

The text, design, illustrations, logo, and code that make up this site belong to Cozy by Design or are used with permission. You may link to any page, and you may quote short excerpts with attribution. Please don't copy, republish, or reuse substantial parts of the site without asking first.

Information, not advice

What's written on this site describes how we work and what we offer. It's general information, not professional, legal, or financial advice, and it isn't a guarantee of any particular result for any particular business.

Working together

Sending a message through the contact form starts a conversation; it doesn't create a contract. If we decide to work together, the scope, timeline, price, and everything else will be set out in a written proposal or agreement that both of us sign. That agreement — not these terms — governs the project.

Links to other sites

This site may link to tools, services, or sites run by other people. We link to them because we find them useful, not because we control them. Their content and their privacy practices are their own.
